A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against with Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects (“Defendant”) arising out of an April 2024 incident in which unauthorized third parties allegedly accessed Defendant’s network and certain systems in April 2024 (the “Data Incident”). The Data Incident may have impacted certain personal information such as names, Social Security numbers, banking information, identification information used for visa or citizenship applications, and health insurance plan enrollment information (“PII”).
You are part of the Settlement Class if you are in the United States and you were sent notice that your PII was potentially compromised in the Data Incident.
Defendant denies all charges of wrongdoing or liability, denies that it did anything wrong, and denies all claims and contentions alleged against it.
The parties have agreed to settle the lawsuit the Action to avoid the costs and risks, disruptions, and uncertainties of continuing the litigation. No court has made any judgment or other determination of any wrongdoing by Defendant, or that any law has been violated.
